In our session, we will establish your unique mind-body constitution, also known as your Prakruti. Using traditional techniques such as pulse, tongue, and nail diagnosis, as well as an inquiry into your current symptoms, we will diagnose any underlying causes of your health imbalances (Vikruti) based on the principles of the doshas.
This session is all about understanding the root of your health imbalances and the healing process. We'll dive deep into your gut health and explore how reducing toxic build-up (Ama), strengthening your digestive fire (Agni), and addressing possible nutrient deficiencies can promote calmness in the mind and boost your energy.
You'll leave with a greater understanding of your body's unique needs and how to support your health and wellbeing.
